This is site is here to help all of our members save gil in the game, save frustration when looking things up, and help everyone learn a little more about FFXI! Now, I'll begin by explaining what the links to your left are.
:: About This page explains why there's a ship featured in the banner on the top of this page. It also explains what the linkshell is for; what we plan to do; and why we really wanted to make this linkshell.
:: Contact If you have seen a problem on the site, or a mistype, or just want to know how to get into contact with the staff, you can check this page for all types of ways to get a hold of us.
:: Craft Orders If you need an item made and don't want to pay outrageous amounts for it, this is a good place to read up in before you start asking for the item. It includes good etiquette tips.
:: Events Dynamis, Sky/Sea runs, Garrison. ... Okay, well maybe not yet...but one day! Right now this is mostly for anyone who is hosting a party, or a wedding. It also includes instructions on how to get your event posted here!
:: Forums We were originally going to have our own big set of forums...but then the linkshell community was released and so I've decided to link this button to the community site. If you haven't already... you should sign up!
:: Guides A list of guides for crafts, harvesting, mining, clamming, logging, foods, furniture pieces, and gardening. Lots of information here, so feel free to explore lots here!
:: Staff A small profile of each sackholder and the shellholder, Oren. Good for getting to know the people you might need to talk to about recruiting new members and potentially settling disputes within the shell.
Now, what about those ....things over there on the right? They're a different set of buttons! Everything over there is interactive. You might have to hold down the "ctrl" button on your keyboard in order to open them; they all open in new windows, and pop-up blockers will not always allow them to open.
:: Shoutbox This is kind of like a chatroom, but it's more like a forum thread. You type in your name and make a post. Then someone else can post after you. Fun, right?
:: Poll Random polls. Whenever there's a new one, you'll see the announcement on the "news" box up there under the banner.
:: Vana'navi This is one of the coolest things ever. The time is sometimes a little off, but it's still fairly accurate. You can look up the next full or new moon, the next ferry to where-ever, the next airship to where-ever, the current RSE, etc. It does not have anything for the new areas however.
